Q: How can I choose an image for my wallpaper if I don't have my own?

A: That's easy, all you have to do is choose your image on shutterstock.com and we have a direct window to shutterstock on our "Choose Your Image" page. Go there now to choose your image. Oh and remember... it is totally FREE!!

 

Q: Can you show me what the image will look like on my wall before I order it?

A: Of course we can. We like to make sure you are 100% happy with what you are getting before we go to print. So, if you send us a photo of the wall you are doing, we will show the image on the wall and send you a PDF to sign off before we go to print.

 

Q: How easy is the self adhesive wallpaper to hang myself?

A: The great thing about our wallpaper is how easy it is to fit. The adhesive is a special repositionable glue, so if you get a bit wrong it just peels off easily and then go again! You can do this as many times as needed as long as your wall is clean prior to fitting so no dust or dirt is getting in the adhesive. The material is also tear resistant to help avoid tears when applying around those tricky sockets and switches! We also supply full fitting instructions to help, and will answer any questions you have in addition. 

 

Q: What special tools will I need?

A: There is really nothing special needed. We will send you the Squeegees you need for application, either 1 or 2 depending on number of pieces in the wallpaper (basically you get 2 if you have more than 1strip) Other than that you will need a clean sharp blade for trimming, a stanley knife with a new blade is great or any sharp hobby knife. Depending on how high your wall is you would need a suitable ladder or step or platform to work safely on to reach higher areas. That is all you need other than a willing helper to give you a hand, we recommend that its easier with 2 people.

 

Q: Does the wall need to be cleaned or prepared in any way?

A: Yes, this is actually quite important if the wallpaper is to be applied correctly. The best wall finish to apply to is a simple standard painted wall. Nothing special just standard household emulshion paint finish. (If applied over existing wallpaper the wallpaper is NOT repositionable because the exisiting wallpaper's surface can stay stuck to the adhesive when peeled off. We don't recommend fitting over existing wallpaper.) Back to the wall preperation, if you have your standard painted wall, the only further prep is to ensure the wall is dry and dust free, and that any bobbles in the paint or loose flakes are all cleaned off because these will cause bumps in the wallpaper when applied. NO WATER is required for fitting, infact it would be the worst possible thing you could do!! So, to recap, the wall should be DRY, CLEAN, DUST FREE, and as SMOOTH as possible for the best finish.

 

Q: What if I wanted to get the wallpaper off again at a later date?

A: Once applied the wallpaper is easy to remove at any point. It is a permanent fitting in your home, but if you remove it a week after fitting or 2 years after fitting, it will peel straight off, and not leave glue behind on your wall, leaving you to re-decorate as you wish with no trouble or mess at any time. Simple as that!  

 

Q: What exactly is Eco Printed Wallpaper, and why is it better in my home?

A: Well the Eco part of our wallpaper is down to our printing process. We use only Epson printers and our inks are all eco friendly and cary no harm to either your own environment or the Earths environment. Most wallpapers printed with solvent inks cary harmful gases and chemicals that not only harm the Earths Environment but also continue to give off harmful smells and gases in your home/office once your wallpaper is installed! Our Eco Friendly wallpaper is the complete opposite, No harmful solvents poluting the Earth and ZERO effect in your home, just the stunning impact of your beautiful wallpaper. Q: Will my printed wallpaper fade if the wall is near direct light?

A: This is another area our wallpaper is better then its competition. Unlike most, Our wallpaper is printed using Epson's Print Process resulting in exceptional lightfastness. In display conditions Our prints will last up to 75 years without fading. So you can have every cinfidence your wallpaper will pass the test of time.
