How to Order

 

All you need to do is email us. We are an Online Company, so to keep our prices as they are we take all initial enquiries by email. We can then comfirm prices and quotes, talk through any questions or queries you might have and help you with your order. Once you are in a position to progress with your order we will give you our customer services phone number so we can talk through your final ordeer process.

To help us with your order you will need the following information:

 

1) Size of Sign

 

2) Choice of finish

 

3) Fitting Kit required - yes or no

 

4) Delivery address

 

5) Email address or phone number for us to respond to.

 

After you are quoted and we know what sign we are making, we can arrange sending us graphics files, and any needed design or layout help. We generally work with completed designs or simple logo placements, but as already explained on other pages, we are more than happy to help with any design and layout requirements, you can supply us with fonts, logos, text and an idea of what you are looking to create.

 

We have a design team ready to help, and this extra design service will only

be an extra £15 charge per sign design.

 

Once we have agreed the cost with you and you are ready to go ahead with your order

we will send you a VAT invoice via PayPal for payment. If prefered we can supply our

bank details for a BACS transfer.

 

We aim to produce all signs in a 10 working days turnaround from receipt of confirmed

order with graphics and payment.

 

Our Office is Open Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

 

Deliveries

 

We will carefully pack your sign when finished and deliver by next day carrier.

 

Standard Delivery Charge for UK Mainland - £20.00 plus vat

 

Additional Charges:

Double Trays or Multi Tray Orders - £10.00 per tray extra plus vat

Scottish Highlands, Offshore, and Northern Ireland - £12.50 extra plus vat
