What we do.
Here at Sign Trays Direct our aim is to supply great quality simple signage direct to the end customer, whether that's a local one off shop, business premises, workshop, or office. We do our upmost to keep it simple, we don't wish to complicate your needs with fancy expensive signs that are over the top or unnesesary, nor will we encourage you to end up buying something that you didn't want, need or pay more for. If you are looking for a simple cost effective signage solution that will also give you the new clean and good quality image your business needs then Sign Trays Direct is perfect for you!
We will help every step of the way and always do our best to work with what files you have (we understand that not everybody is a designer that knows or has the ideal file types) We can take what you have and design and layout as per your brief, before sending you a email proof for you to sign off before we start production. That way you know what you are getting and can just look forward to the delivery!
Our Signs
Our trays are all made from good quality Aluminium Composite in our workshop in Yorkshire. Cut vinyl or Full colour graphic prints are then applied to give a great looking sign!
We keep the prices down by just producing simple everyday sign trays and don't offer fancy letters or flashing lights.
Many customers have told us that they cant believe what some sign companies want to charge for a simple product and that ours are not only good value for money but good quality as well.
We can even supply you with a simple fitting kit and instructions so that you are able to fit the sign yourself (avoiding ridiculous fitting charges!)
Signs Sizes
All our trays have a standard 50mm side return but you can specify a bespoke return and we recommend that a single tray is no longer than 2.9 metres although longer trays can be fabricated in two or more sections using the same pricing. Signs comprising of two or more trays will have built in jointing strips on the connecting end.
All our jointing strips fixed with adhesive and include built up tounge and groove joins to stop any movement in or out to give the best flush finish. As displayed right.
Fitting Kits
We can supply you with a kit that enables you to fit the sign professionally yourself. This comprises of 2 sections of 40mm aluminium angle cut to size to fit the top and bottom of your tray sign, hex screws for fitting the angle to an industrial cladding ( if brick or other material use your own suitable screws and rawlplugs ) as well as self tapping screws and colour matching screw caps for fixing the tray to the angle.
These kits cost £14 per metre length of sign. So for the 2metre long example sign it would cost £28 plus vat.
